Buigstaal approval
On 7 June 2012 Buigstaal Tube
Bending Nederland was approved as
a supplier of subcontracted service for
U-bending, including heat treatment
of bend area, for Sandvik Materials
Technology, according to ASME
B&PV Code Section III, 10CFR50
Appendix B and 10CFR Part 21, Rules
for Construction of Nuclear Facility
Components.

Buigstaal Tube Bending is a leading
specialist in tube bending and
assembly of tubular components in
ferrous and non-ferrous materials with
a diameter from 3 to 168.3mm.

domestic and foreign markets.
Markets supplied are the automotive

Iranian copper tube producer
increases capacity
Qaem Copper Industries Company
is a producer of all kinds of seamless
copper tube, including LWC (plain
and inner grooved), straight and
pancake.
Qaem states that it is the only copper
tube producer in the Middle East to
obtain Certificate of Conformity with
Standards EN 1057 and ASTM B280.
The company exports high quality
copper tubes to Europe, in addition
to long-term relationships with major
air conditioning and refrigeration
companies in the Middle East. The
company had an annual production
capacity of 14,000 tons, but the
addition of a second line, which
started production in early 2012, has
increased capacity to 24,000 tons per
year.
