World steel tube production

Global steel tube production reaches
37.4 million tons in the first quarter
2013, an increase of 4.3%. A signif-
icant increase of production for all
kind of tubes is in China, 13.9% in
total. The share of China’s world
steel production exceeded the 50%
mark. The steel tube production in
the rest of the world is decreasing,
significant in Europe.
