Past, Present & Future – 30 years of the International Tube Association
18
In past years the ITA also published the Tube Industry
Yearbook, which was recognised as a most valuable
resource for the tube and pipe sector, providing the
industry with a unique directory and buyer’s guide.
The Yearbook was first produced in 1986 in seven
languages and was updated every year until the final
edition in 2001.
With the increasing popularity of the Internet the
ITA decided that offering ‘real time’ information was
vitally important and the
directory
website replaced theYearbook as aprimary information
resource.
